Preferred Plumbing & Drain

I'm not positive of the spelling, but Kavar, employee #008 came out to address a root in my sewer line. He was amazing and very professional! He was fully prepared for the job, hard working, and persisted despite of heavy rainfall. He went above and beyond to help remove a fence post that was obstructing the way in addition to snaking the toilet and shower to ensure everything worked properly before he left. Couldn't be happier!

J (Tech #14) from Preferred Plumbing & Drain provided exceptional service when we needed it most. He came to our house late at night on short notice to fix a major plumbing issue and was everything you’d want in a professional: friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough. He patiently explained the problem and reassured us that it was something every house experiences over time, which really put us at ease. He cleaned up after himself and made sure my family felt safe and respected throughout the process. If you need a trustworthy plumber, J is your guy!

Our tenant recently let us know that our shower was leaking, and the toilet wasn't operating correctly. Every other plumber told me it would be days before they could come out. Preferred Plumbing was there within 24 hours, had everything fixed for a great price, and our tenant told us the technician was a joy to be around. I've worked with quite a few plumbers in my time, and Preferred is the best of the best.

Called them yesterday for a low flow faucet, removal of a hot water recirculation pump system and installation of a new disposal. TONY77 came out this morning and completed the job in 1/2 hrs. Great job, very clean and polite and efficient service and Tony77 was great.

We are happy with Preferred Plumbing and have used them multiple times in the last several years. We have had toilets overflow, sewage pipes back up, water heater pipe issues, etc. They have great management, good customer service, and excellent plumbers/technicians. If there is an issue or concern, management is quick to rectify and they warranty their service. Their rates are definitely reasonable. Most recently, we had a water heater pipe leak. It was repaired, but did not seal properly. Rod, with Preferred Plumbing came out and redid the pipes efficiently and thoroughly and at no charge. He was great to work with. I would highly recommend Preferred Plumbing!

I had a kitchen sink back up that started overflowing onto my counter. I was scared I was going to have to replace my garbage disposal as it was not assisting in the drainage of the water. Preferred Plumbing sent out Tony #74 to help and he found it to be a simple back up in my ptrap. He was able to fix my issue very quickly and cleaned up more than I could've imagined. Thank you Preferred Plumbing & Tony!! Highly recommend!

Jay did an amazing job helping us with a bad clog at our apartments. He was quick, professional and communicated in detail about the issue we were having.
